Imagine the nicest people in the world welcoming you into their homes, wine cellars and vineyards while they are in the midst of harvesting their grapes off the vines! We'll be in the middle of the greatest time of year to enjoy insane food, world class wine and some of the most picturesque views in the land. From the Andes Mountains to the Pacific Coast we'll see and taste the best South America has to offer.


A soul warming adventure full of empanadas, ceviche, BBQ and 8 awesome wineries for fun, meals and unexpected treats!

We'll spend our first 3 days outside of Santa Cruz at the NOI Hotel where we'll have the opportunity to visit Clos Apalta, Koyle, Casa Silva and more. Lunch over looking the polo fields and a not to be missed tour of one of the coolest wine cellars in the world. As we travel to the coast for our next 3 days we'll see the new blood with Clos De Luz, Villard, Boya and Casa Marin all opening their arms and cellars to show us the next wave of great wines from South America. Our home will be the Casablanca Boutique hotel centered in the heart of the region.


Day 1 - Pick up from Santiago airport with our private bus and driver for the week. Transport to Santa Cruz to the NOI Hotel. Free time in Santa Cruz at the local vintage party. Group dinner at NOI Hotel restaurant that evening.

Day 2 - Breakfast, head to Casa Silva to tour the cellars, vineyards, and a private tasting followed by lunch over looking the polo fields. Afternoon tour and tasting with Koyle Vineyards and visit their biodynamic vineyards, sheep and tasting with the winemaker. Dinner at the top ceviche producer in the valley.

Day 3 - Breakfast, head to Clos Apalta to tour the winery, private insane cellars, vertical tasting with the winemaker followed by an al fresco lunch at the owners residence. Afternoon at Viu Manent winery with a tasting, tour and history of the vineyard. Dinner on own and free time in Santa Cruz.

Day 4 - Breakfast, Visit Clos De Luz in Almahue for a little fun in the vineyards with the owners, a tasting among the vines, local fresh cheese and bread. Tour of the family home and lunch in the vineyards. Transport to Casablanca Boutique Hotel to check in for the next 3 nights. Group dinner at hotel.

Day 5 - Breakfast, head to Villard Winery to hang with the winemaker, explore the vineyards and get busy doing pump-overs in the winery. Lunch with the Villard family on the porch. Afternoon with Boya and Amayna cellars in Leyda. Tasting, tour and vertical of wines from both wineries. Group dinner on the coast overlooking the Pacific.

Day 6 - Breakfast, head to Casa Marin to meet with the iconic owner Maria Luz Marin for a tasting, horse carriage ride and asado lunch in the vineyards. Free time in Pomaire to check out the iconic pottery, large empanadas, and rustic old school Chilean culture.

Day 7 - Breakfast, transport back to Santiago.
