Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her residency location, KnB Bistro La Jolla, for a fantastic New Year celebration. We have two great options for you, an early seating dinner, if you already have late night plans and a late seating dinner which rolls into a late night celebration, complete with included champagne toast. Both options will include fantastic wines and complimentary dessert. We're also offering early pricing if you register prior to December 15th. Pricing will automatically go up, after that date. Seating for this event is very limited, please register asap, using the link below.
Each selection will be paired with its own wine inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each selection is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each selection. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each wine.
*Please note that the late seating for this event is upstairs in the wine cellar/loft area. The only way to access this area is via stairs. Please be sure to note in the special requests section at registration if you require seating in the downstairs area of the venue. Early seating and after-party will occur downstairs.
