In true Spyglass fashion, we're gonna Rock & Roll out our mats and wash away our troubles with some great wine and/or beer! This type of yoga isn’t for everyone. Curse and yell, rock out, move and breathe to the music! Release negative energy and stress out of your body, then wash it away with a glass of wine or beer! Zen AF is a unique method of practicing the mindful art of not giving AF!
Must be 21+ to participate, involves explicit language and loud music. One glass of wine or beer included in class fee. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel and leave your worries at the door!
