Art of the Table is hosting a Feast of Seven Fishes! The holiday supper-club’s theme stems from the Italian and Italian-American tradition of abstaining from meat and eating only fish on Christmas Eve. Chef Dustin Ronspies will be creating a seven course meal featuring seafood in every dish, including the amuse-bouches. The fish and seafood will be predominately sourced from the Pacific Northwest with a few exceptions of perhaps some east coast squid or scallops making an appearance. Diners can expect a festive culinary journey that celebrates the holiday season and the bounty of our local waters.
