MASI CAMPOFIORIN ROSSO DEL VERONESE
With an intense, ruby-red color and violet traces, this wine shows generous, ripe aromas of plum and cherry jam, with hints of spice. Bold and rich flavors of bitter cherries and berry fruits stand out on the palate, with good acidity, balance and velvety tannins.

DOMAINE GERARD FIOU SANCERRE BLANC
This Sancerre Blanc offers aromas of flint and spices. On the palate, it is powerful in fruit and in body. An elegant wine with a superb balance and a delicate and harmonious expression.
INSALATE RUGHETTA ALLA ROMANA CON GAMBERI
Baby arugula with Italian ricotta salata, toasted almonds, and Argentinian red shrimp. Served with a lemon vinaigrette

EMMOLO NAPA VALLEY MERLOT
Grapes for this wine were sourced from Napa Valley’s Oak Knoll district, which includes two family vineyards. The area’s cooler weather, along with crop thinning and gravelly light soil, creates ideal conditions for producing a rich, distinctive Merlot. This wine is lush and supple on the palate, with expansive, dark berry flavors, a fresh earthiness, and smooth, leathery tannins.

Chicken breast grilled and topped with a pancetta, mushroom, and garlic cream sauce. Served with seasonal fresh vegetables.

DAOU CABERNET SAUVIGNON PASO ROBLES
For serious wine lovers! This wine displays black cherry, currant, plum and blackberry up front, complemented by dark chocolate, tobacco leaf and cool menthol. Rounding out the nose are aromas of black olives, briarwood, fig, and dried thyme. Bold and assertive on the palate with flavors initially dominated by dark fruits, Bing cherries, black raspberry, plum, and pomegranate, accompanied by high note accents of cranberries and rhubarb. Midpalate delivers espresso and dried herbs with hints of fennel and cigar box all seamlessly integrated together on a structure of very fine grain, plush and ripe tannins. A wine of complexity and depth with a purity of fruit and subtle layers of flavors and texture that harmonize and enhance. This wine constitutes a journey of the senses that begins with power and finishes with elegance and style.
