In Italy, the onset of the holiday means prosciutto making time is fast approaching. Would you like to be part of the tradition? Learn to make real Italian Prosciutto at our annual class. The class is a process, and is held 3 sessions (1st-January, 2nd-early March,& 3rd-mid November),all of which must be attended, to complete the process. This years initial session is Saturday Jan. 19, 2019.All participants must complete and return an enrollment form. Information about the class is on the enrollment form and on our facebook page.
