Join us on December 12th as Executive Chef Keith Polaina and L&T Abruzzi Importers take us on a culinary journey through our favorite areas of Italy.

This 5 course dinner will pair carefully selected wines with traditionally inspired dishes.

First Course:

Scallop Crudo

Fresh New Bedford Sea Scallops / Basil Oil / Cucumber Shallot Salad

Wine: 2017 La Canale Pecorino

Second Course:

Chicken Saltimbocca

Tuscan Roasted Potato / Imported DOC Prosciutto / Sage Brown Butter Sauce

Wine: 2016 Parthenium Nero d’Avola & Shriaz Blend

Third Course:

Ossobucco alla Milanese

Braised Pork Shank / Parmesan Risotto / Herb Gremolata

Wine: 2015 Mammut Montepulcianno d’Abruzzo

Dessert:

Lemon Almond Biscotti w/ White Chocolate Marscapone Gelato
