If you’ve ever wanted a crash course in the finer points of noteworthy reds, here’s your chance. We’re bringing one of the nation’s most highly regarded sommeliers to Montana to spill the juice. Caroline Styne of LA’s highly praised A.O.C. wine bar will be at The Resort this March to share pairing tips and tasting notes, as well as to pour velvety, bold and layered varietals. But it’s no use learning about sophisticated sipping without having plenty of good stuff in your glass, so we’ve invited three celebrated winemakers, too.
Join us and you’ll meet Jim Knight of Jelly Roll Wines, plus the husband-and-wife team behind Holus Bolus and The Joy Fantastic, Amy Christine and Peter Hunken. You’ll hear what it takes to farm a vineyard and what goes into creating their award-winning vintages. Of course, you’ll also be treated to luxurious accommodations, Paws Up-style, as well as gourmet meals from our own Executive Chef Sunny Jin.
