Join me for a cooking class where we focus on demystifying spices. We will understand their deep and rich history, their various applications and uses and we will learn ways to keep you from being afraid to create your own blends for pastries and savory dishes alike. After we cook all of our goodies we will then sit down to a meal featuring all that we have learned. The best way to get to know how to cook is to eat what you have cooked! So, on Dec. 15th at 5 o’clock let the first session of the Hunter Gatherer cooking school begin! The cost will be 65, and as I said, will include dinner. Wine & spirits will be available for purchase.
