Within the last several years, dozens of small, independent distilleries have emerged in the New York area, and thanks to increasingly progressive laws about whiskey production, many are crafting innovate distillates that break the boundaries of traditional whiskey production. Here, we’ll taste and learn about 6 of our favorites made right here in our own backyard.
In addition to the whiskeys, your ticket includes a small antipasti plate with cheese, crackers, and charcuterie. We’ll see you in class!
