Please join Chef Erin Sealy at her residency location, KnB Bistro La Jolla. We have a wonderful evening planned, focused on high end selections from Patron. We'll be featuring 5 fantastic selections from Patron's elite Roca and Gran lines. As a special treat, we'll be pouring the newest addition to the Gran Patron line-up. Smoky. Saidey Walen will be joining us from Patron to present these exceptional tequilas and offer insights on each selection. Chef Erin will be pairing each tequila with its own dinner course. Each selection will be paired with its own spirit inspired dinner course, prepared by Chef Erin Sealy. Chef Erin specializes in pairing food with wine and spirits, with a slightly different approach than most. Prior to creating a menu, each selection is tasted and reviewed and then she creates a food pairing, highlighting the nuances of each selection. This concept creates a dinner and pairing experience with layers of complexity and unique creations which exemplify the enjoyment of each spirit. With a passion for food, wine and spirits, Chef Erin delights attendees with a detailed account of the pairing concept and cooking techniques that create each course. Expect a fabulous evening of whiskey, food & educational insights!
*Please note that the majority of seating for this event is upstairs in the wine cellar/loft area. The only way to access this area is via stairs. Please be sure to note in the special requests section at registration if you require seating in the downstairs area of the venue.
*Please let us know if anyone in your party would like to replace the tequila pours with two 6oz pours of wine. Please note that we have limited availability for this option.
