Chart House Invites Locals To Ring In The New Year With Four-Course Dinner

Cheers to 2020! Chart House invites Philadelphia-area residents to a New Year’s Eve Party on Tuesday, December 31 from 4 p.m. – 1:30 a.m.  Guests will enjoy an exclusive four-course meal, live entertainment, raffles and a champagne toast. Firework shows will take place at 6 p.m. and midnight to ring in the new year!

First Course (choice of)
• Beef Carpaccio – fried capers, crostini, shaved parmesan cheese, truffle vinaigrette
• Shrimp Cocktail – chilled with cocktail sauce

Second Course (choice of)
• Butternut Squash & Kale Salad – candied walnuts, dried cranberries, goat cheese, apples, white balsamic vinaigrette
• Grilled Caesar Salad – romaine hearts, house-made croutons, crispy parmesan flakes
• New England Clam Chowder
• Lobster Bisque

Third Course (choice of)
• Filet Mignon & Grilled Shrimp – garlic herb butter, simple whipped potatoes, sautéed spinach
• Chilean Sea Bass Imperial – jumbo lump crabmeat glasage, fried asparagus, citrus beurre blanc
• Pan Glazed Shrimp & Scallop – roasted cauliflower and parsnips, smoked black pepper butter
• Crispy Airline Chicken – roasted baby vegetables, brown butter orzo, herb jus

Dessert (choice of)
• Warm Black & Blue Crumble – macerated black and blue berries, vanilla bean ice cream
• Drunken Cherry Cheesecake – red wine cherry syrup, Chantilly cream
