Soogil chef/owner Soogil Lim honed his French technique as sous chef at DANIEL under chef Daniel Boulud. At Soogil he fuses this background with his native Korean culinary sensibilities and executive-chef experience at Hanjan into a unique French-skills-meet-Korean flavors tasting menu.

The event fee includes the tasting menu, tax, tip, and administrative fee; alcohol, coffee, and other beverages are extra. A vegetarian tasting menu is available. We will arrange for our server to bill you individually for items outside the group menu. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have.
