This December Carlsbad’s crown jewel, Jeune et Jolie, will turn one — still young and beautiful as ever, but with a year of service and local & national accolades under her belt. In celebration of the restaurant’s anniversary, Jeune et Jolie has planned a very special Chef Collaboration dinner with Chef Mathew Peters on Tuesday, December 17th. Having spent years as the Sous Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Thomas Keller’s legendary French Laundry in Napa and Per Se in NYC, Chef Peters became the first American chef to win the Bocuse d’Or Gold Medal (basically the Olympics of cooking) in 2017.
Peters, working alongside Jeune et Jolie’s Executive Chef Andrew Bachelier, has created a 7-course dinner worthy of the occasion. Tickets for this celebratory evening are $170 per person, inclusive of tax and tip (beverages not included), and reservations are currently available here:
