New Year's Eve Celebration at Homestead in Oakland

On New Year’s Eve, Tuesday, December 31, Homestead in Oakland will have two seatings, both with prix fixe tasting menus with choices for each course. For the first seating, 5:00 to 6:15 PM, there will be a $115.00 four-course prix fixe and for the second seating, 6:30 to 11:00 PM, there will be a $140.00 five- course prix fixe. For both seatings there will be an optional pairing of wines by the glass for an additional $65.00 or $75.00. The tasting menus’ main course choices will be Ribeye grilled in the fireplace served with roasted bone marrow, baby carrots, sautéed spinach and cauliflower aligote or Turbot & Lobster with a fennel salad, mashed potatoes, beurre blanc and chives. Guests planning on staying at the restaurant to celebrate the new year will receive a complimentary sparkling wine toast at midnight. All prices exclude taxes but always include service.
