Come join The Vine Room & Novo Chiropractic as we connect to declare our vision for 2020 by creating our own vision boards (and enjoying some vino)!
This creative and hands-on workshop will help you put together your vision board to include everything you want to see happen next year in your life. Additionally, you'll hear tips from Dr. Lauren on how to stay healthy all year-long in order to meet your 2020 goals. You will walk away from this with a tangible vision board that you can proudly display somewhere you will see on a daily basis as a reminder of manifesting to your full potential.
Enjoy sips (1 glass, your choice) and snacks (TVR's magnum charcuterie boards) as we all get crafty and have some fun setting our intentions for 2020. All crafting supplies will also be provided.
