Chart House invites Melbourne-area wine aficionados to kick off the new year and new decade at the Stags’ Leap Winery Wine Dinner on Wednesday, January 22 from 6:30 – 9:30 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine, paired perfectly with a five-course dinner prepared by the executive chef.
First Course
• Watercress and Chicory Salad – pink grapefruit, shaved black radish, honey citrus vinaigrette
