There are twenty-one countries that make up the Mediterranean and their diets are promoted heavily in many health magazines. In their recipes hailed from Southern Italy, Greece, Morocco, and Spain dishes include brilliant herbs, nuts, and spices ranging from basil, capers, dill, cumin, and cinnamon to garlic, pine nuts, almonds, and saffron. Let us surprise you! Paella, fish, hummus, couscous are all possibilities- stay tuned for the menu.
