Chart House Lake Charles To Host Italy Wine Dinner

Cost: $130 per person, including tax and gratuity

Chart House invites Lake Charles-area wine aficionados to teleport to Italy during a Wine Dinner on Thursday, November 21 beginning at 6 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine, perfectly paired for discerning palate with an elegant five-course dinner prepared by the executive chef Matt Rogers.

First Course
• Tuscan Beans with Shrimp – branzino shrimp, white beans
Maschio Prosecco

Second Course
• Pickled Antipasto – focaccia, prosciutto, fontina, pickled vegetables
Allegrini ‘Palazzo della Torre’ Veronese

Third Course
• Tuscany Hare Ragu – braised, house made pappardelle
Castellare, Chianti Classico

Intermezzo
• Lemon mint sorbet

Fourth Course
• Veal Osso Bucco – fire roasted vegetables, red wine demi

Dessert
• Panna Cotta – cranberry marmalade, shaved dark chocolate
