Beaujolais Nouveau is a red wine made from Gamay grapes produced in the Beaujolais region of France. It is the most popular vin de primeur, fermented for just a few weeks before being released for sale on the third Thursday of November.
The Martini Bar in The Millennium Knickerbocker Hotel in Chicago, in also conjunction with Euro-Chicago, captured the release of Georges Duboeuf, one of the most celebrated winemakers in France!
Beaujolais wine is incredibly fruity, fun, and goes great with our selection of meat and cheeses!
