Classic Cooking is pleased to be partnering with Quench Fine Wines and Adelsheim Vineyards, to offer a deluxe Specialty Wine Dinner on Saturday, November 23rd!  Adelsheim Vineyards is a premier creator of world class wines, specializing in the wines of the Chehalem Mountains of Oregon’s Willamette Valley.

Join us for this Five-Course Dinner event which will feature one of Adelsheim’s fine wines craftily paired with each course of food.  The evening will feature special guest Valerie Vaughan, who will share her expertise on the wines, along with a tasting menu prepared by Classic Cooking Academy’s Chef.  Please join us for what is sure to be a memorable evening.

• Shrimp in Tomato-Saffron Aspic with Fennel & Baby Arugula, Paired with a Featured Adelsheim Pinot Blanc
• Sweet Corn & Mascarpone Ravioli with Lobster Bisque, Paired with a Featured Adelsheim Chardonnay
• Duck Breast with Date Sauce, Paired with a Featured Adelsheim Pinot Noir
• Pumpkin Flan with Condensed Milk Ice Cream, Paired with a TBD Adelsheim Dessert Wine
