Local Event
Cost: $100-$130
Woven Wineworks is pleased to announce the launch of a new holiday pop-up tasting series in the heart of Portland’s Pearl District.
The private tastings will take place around the Gathering Table in Woven's urban tasting room. Each experience will offer a flight of locally crafted wines paired with canapés, cheeses, charcuterie, and artisan chocolate in a menu curated by visiting guest Chef Shane Lyons. Participants will enjoy the opportunity to engage in an intimate conversation with Chef Lyons and local winegrower Elaina Spring as they weave together stories, personal insights, and a deeply rooted passion for their craft.
The pop-up series will launch Thanksgiving weekend with seatings scheduled Friday, Nov. 29th and Saturday, Nov. 30th at 11am, 2pm, and 5pm.
More tastings will pop-up mid-December with seatings available Thurs, December 12 through Sun, December 15th. A vegan-friendly seating is scheduled for the afternoon on Sun, December 15th. A sparkling wine focused tasting will occur later in the evening on Sun, December 15th with special guest winemaker Michael Lundeen joining the table.
Bookings are limited to 12 guests aged 21 and older. Tickets start at $100 and can be purchased online via www.wovenwineworks.com. A percentage of proceeds benefit the Assemblage Symposium (a non-profit organization aimed at the advancement, empowerment, and education of women and diverse communities in the wine industry.)
All tastings will take place at Woven’s hidden gathering spot tucked away in the cellar suite at 959 NW Couch Street in the Pearl.
