New Year's Eve Celebration at LB Steak in San Jose

On New Year's Eve, Tuesday, December 31, LB Steak on Santana Row in San Jose will be seating from 11:30 AM to 9:00 PM. Served all day will be both select items from the regular à la carte dinner menu and holiday specials of a Wagyu Flight Trio/$125, 1.5 oz. each of A5 New York Strip (from Hokkaido prefecture, Japan), Snake River Farms Filet (from Idaho) and A5 New York Strip (from Miyazaki prefecture, Japan) with a trio of salts and housemade pickles; Surf and Turf/$90.00, an 8 oz. filet and butter poached 8 oz. lobster tail with mashed potatoes and sautéed lacinato kale; and Baked Alaska/$13.00 with white peach Champagne sorbet, vanilla ice cream, pineapple compote and buttermilk cake. A kid’s menu will be offered to those 12 years of age and under. Happy Hour will not be available that evening. All prices exclude tax, gratuity and beverages.
