Monteverdi Tuscany’s Executive Chef Giancarla Bodoni and Casanova di Neri Present “A Taste of Tuscany” at the CIA
Monteverdi Tuscany is proud to present A Taste of Tuscany, featuring Executive Chef Giancarla Bodoni and, from the renowned Casanova di Neri Winery in Montalcino, father and son wine producers, Giacomo and Gianlorenzo Neri.
Chef Giancarla Bodoni is the award-winning Executive Chef of Monteverdi Tuscany, a luxury boutique hotel dispersed throughout a 12th century Italian village and surrounded by the Val d'Orcia, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Napa Valley Vintners Theater at the Culinary Institute of America will set the backdrop for an afternoon of winetasting with Gianlorenzo Neri, food pairings by Chef Giancarla Bodoni, and an olive oil tasting with Sensory Expert Orietta Gianjorio. Four wines will be poured with tastes of Monteverdi’s most popular dishes and select olive oils.
