Art of the Table’s Chef Dustin Ronspies is offering a full tasting menu of all amuse-bouche dishes. French for “mouth amuser,” these single, bite-sizedhors d'œuvres celebrate a chef’s artistry while giving dinners a surprise taste between meals.  On November 14th, Art of the Table’s monthly supper club theme is amuse-bouche, offering a full dinner where you mouth will be fully amused.  Join us for a culinary journey one delicious bite at a time. 

Art of the Table is a family-owned, neighborhood restaurant located in Seattle’s Fremont neighborhood. Since 2007, they have been the tasting menu restaurant in Seattle to celebrate food and those who dedicate their lives to raising, growing, foraging and catching produce in the Pacific Northwest. The menu at Art of the Table changes regularly to reflect a full range of seasonal, local produce. They make everything from scratch, and collaborate directly with local farmers and producers to select the finest ingredients.

The cost of the amuse-bouche supper-club is $125 per person with an optional wine pairing for $80. Reservations for the super club dinners must be made by phone at (206) 282 0942. There is limited space for this event.
