Get on board with the sweetest trend around-cake balls and cake pops! These delicious treats are quickly becoming the favorite dessert for holidays, parties, and special events. Easy to make, decorate and eat, these bite-sized treats will be sure to impress.
You will learn how to roll cake balls and mold cake pops with expert precision. Chef Briana will teach several techniques for decorating, including the use of sprinkles, powders, sugars, and more! By the end of class you will have cake recipes and numerous decorating techniques to make cake balls and cake pops like a professional. We sure hope you like chocolate (and wine)!
No experience is required! We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. This class is designed to be just as fun for the cooking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting (or taste testing).
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in, especially if you’re part of a large group.
