This year we are partnering with chef Willem Defroy to present a holiday dinner that treats your senses with great wine and food. Willem brings his European flair to crafting dishes paired with wines hand-selected from the BookCliff vintages. Come and enjoy a memorable dinner and fabulous wine pairings BookCliff Vineyards. MENU:

1. Scallops and calamari ravioli with saffron cream, paired with BookCliff's Viognier
2. Prosciutto ham with pears and balsamic glaze, paired with BookCliff's Cabernet Franc Reserve 2017
   
3. Turkey tender “Quenelle” with shallot butter, paired with BookCliff's Ensemble 2017
   
4. Pork tender loin with “red wine and bacon bits jus” on a bed of carrot, leek, and parsley “Stomp”, paired with BookCliff's Cabernet Sauvignon 2017
   
5. “Moelleux” style cup cake with Crème Chantilly, paired with BookCliff's Souzao Port
