Dan Dawson's Wine Advisor and Napa Valley Wine Academy present a tasting 'Las Madres Vineyard" Carneros Syrah on Thursday, December 5 at 6 P.M.
Same vineyard, same grapes, different winemaking.
“Las Madres” is unique in that the grapes for all wineries are picked at the same time, and the blocks (sections) of the vineyard are combined. This means all the wineries start with the same fruit. The difference, within the vintage, is purely the winemaking. We’ll taste six “Las Madres” Syrahs, same vintage (to be determined).
