On Saturday, October 26 at 6:30 p.m., Tres Kitchen and Bar hosts a wine pairing dinner featuring exclusive dishes complemented by Page Springs Cellars varietals. Menu features four courses including:
1st course — Pastrami of Salmon with jicama, green apple, cucumber, tomato relish, pickled onions and mustard oil paired with Page Springs Vino Del Barrio Blanca 2018
2nd course — Poached Anjou Pear Salad featuring fall garden greens, walnuts, heirloom cherry tomatoes, chevre, and roasted garlic honey vinaigrette served with Page Springs Roussanne 2015
3rd course — Wood Oven Roasted Duck Breast with cranberry port sauce, gingered boniato puree and haricot verts complemented by Page Springs Dos Condados 2017
