Steven Horvath and the Cribbs Catering crew return to cook up and serve a Thanksgiving feast to rival the 1st Thanksgiving of 1621. The Pilgrims and the Wampanoag at Plymouth Colony feasted on waterfowl, venison, ham, lobster, clams, berries, fruit, pumpkin, and squash. What will Chef Steven come up with this year? Our feast starts with Prosecco and a Grazing Table of chef selected cheeses, charcuterie, vegetables, and fruits with assorted crackers; 2nd course is a Butternut Squash Bisque; 3rd course is Cribb's Pear Salad with Caramelized Pears, Goat Cheese, Roasted Red Peppers, Candied Pecans, Pickled Red Onion, and a Tarragon Vinaigrette; the entree is  Roasted Turkey with a Sage Butter Gravy, a Smoky Redeye Glaze Maple-Onion Chutney Baked Ham, Cornbread Stuffing, Green Beans & Caramelized Onions, Buttered Mashed Red Skin Potatoes, and Yeast Rolls; and for dessert a Cookie Butter & Caramel Bread Pudding and Petite Bourbon Pecan Pies. All courses are paired with wines selected by Bond Street Wines' owner Jeff House. While you are feasting on this wonderful meal, Pianist Keith Davis delights with seasonal music.
