G'Day! Wines from the South Pacific are known for being fruit driven and easy drinking with their crisp, fresh style and excellent value. While the classic red wines from this region are Shiraz (Australia) and Pinot Noir (New Zealand), Cabernet Sauvignon, either alone or blended with Shiraz, is becoming increasingly popular. Classic whites include Sauvignon Blanc (New Zealand), Riesling (Australia) and Chardonnay (Australia). Come check out the wine Thunder from Down Under!!!
This one-night course is held at the Temple University Ambler campus. Registration is required and you must be at least 21 years old to attend.
