Chef Laszlo’s Five-Cours Menu :
First Course, Appetizer: Seared Diver Scallops and Bourbon Glazed Pork Belly with green pea & roasted parsnip purée and pomegranate coulis served with a Prosecco Brut Villa Jolanda. Second Course: House-Made Butternut Squash Gnocchi with roasted rainbow red beets in a sage butter sauce, topped with shaved Pecorino Romano served with a Roero Arneis (2018) 91+points. Third Course: Grilled Imported Scamorza (smoked mozzarella cheese from Italy) wrapped in Prosciutto San Daniele over grilled radicchio and pears drizzled with a fig balsamic reduction served with a Dolcetto D'Alba (2016) 92 points. Fourth Course: Braciole, slowly braised beef rollatini stuffed with Soppressata, Grana Padano cheese, Italian parsley, roasted red bell peppers in a Barolo red wine sauce with creamy Parmesan polenta, topped with roasted pine nuts served with a Barbera D'Alba "Falletto" (2014) 90 points. Fifth Course, Dessert: White Chocolate Frangelico Creme Brûlée with chocolate covered coffee beans served with a Nebbiolo D'Alba Valmaggiore (2016) 90points.
