Gamberetti alla Nona

Shrimp and julian crisp prosciutto di parma served with a cream sauce topped

with sweet peas, grape tomatoes and cipollini onions served with a crostino 

Paired with Miali Lunalba, Sparkling Chardonnay

 

Salmone Fumicato

Mini Carpaccio of smoked salmon drizzled with robiola cheese chopped capers

and chives  Paired with Generaj, Arnis Roero 2017
