Elk Cove Vineyards was founded in 1974, by Pat and Joe Campbell when Joe drove the family up a gravel road in the foothills of the Coast Range Mountains of Oregon to an overgrown homestead. Pioneers in the Oregon winemaking industry, the Campbell family now owns six vineyard sites encompassing 380 planted acres. Son Adam continues the family tradition of producing “Estate-grown, cool climate wines that rival the best in the world.”
Dani Boxford Heidle will share the rich history of the Campbell family and their pioneering efforts in the Oregon winemaking region as she presents their five featured wines: Pinot Gris with the Reception; Clay Court Pinot Noir, Five Mountain Pinot Noir and Roosevelt Pinot Noir with the next Three Courses; and, Le Boheme Brut Rosé with Dessert.
