Experience the journey with Brand Ambassador- Jim Patterson - one of the preeminent Scotch tasting experts in North America.  Jim will take all your senses through a tour that will not only open your mind but also your palate.


Featuring a tour of The Balvenie 12yr, 14yr, 17yr and 21yr

Guests will receive a welcome scotch cocktail.
Blue Morel's Executive Chef Dennis Mathews created a fall harvest dinner menu that reflects the scotches distinctive
character and elegance.
