The Harvest Season Immersion Tour focuses specifically on the details of production at an urban winery during the busiest time of year. It's a great follow-up to our Brooklyn Winery 101 tour but can also be a great introduction to our facility if you're visiting for the first time. You don't want to miss the action of harvest season! We’ll hone in on some of the more technical aspects of the winemaking process, such as fermentation techniques, large equipment and machinery and the aging process.
