Join us for a night of fine food and elegant wines. Enjoy the wines of Paul Hobbs, wines from exceptional vineyards, appellations and historic sites from around the world as you are guided by one of Texas' top sommeliers, James Watkins. Chef Pedro of El Meson will be on hand to prepare and serve the 5 course dinner with 7 wines. Menu includes Pluma Ibérico. "Pluma or “feather” in Spanish are cut from just behind the neck and are unbelievably tender. Ibérico, the Iberian black hoofed pig, carries an extreme marbling of fat running through the muscular system, which yields darker meat than the more common breeds, with a deeper more pronounced flavor that elevates pork dishes to new heights.
The reception is held at the bar at 7:00 PM, seating is at 7:30 PM. At El Meson everyone sits together at one large table, so it's a shared experience with the very people who make the wine. Join us and experience food and wine in El Meson's convivial setting. - Chef Pedro
