DRIFTHOUSE by David Burke is pleased to announce the first of its Fall Wine Dinner Series - The Art of the Meal. On Thursday, September 26, 6:30-10 p.m. Chef Burke and his amazing team will feature Faustini Wines, an award-winning California winery owned by local residents Michelle and Anthony Faustini. The four-course menu created by world-renowned Chef David Burke, Director of Food and Beverages Chef Matthew Zappoli and Executive Chef Robert Burke will showcase the nuances of the Faustini Wines poured. Special guests Michelle and Anthony Faustini will host the wine dinner along with Drifthouse’s general manager Alexander J Loehwing and assistant general manager Rich Karyczak
