The University Club's Executive Chef Lance Repp will be preparing delicious bites perfectly paired with each champagne including:

-          Fresh Sashimi from a 70lb Line Caught Tuna

-          Caviar Tasting

-          Crepes Station

-          Artisan Cheese

100 of the luckiest San Diegans will taste through 4 of Veuve Clicquot's leading champagnes with a chance to win tickets to the 10th Annual Veuve Clicquot Polo Classic in Los Angeles on Saturday, October 5th.
