Chart House invites Redondo Beach-area wine aficionados to the Stags’ Leap Winery Wine Dinner on Thursday, October 10 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Guests will have the opportunity to sip and savor an exquisite collection of wine, paired perfectly with a four-course dinner prepared by the executive chef.
First Course
• Jumbo Lump Crab Cheesecake – smoked tomato gravy

• Charred Octopus – saffron coulis, achiote, tomato salad
