The Federal Bar in Long Beach makes a virtual visit to Paso Robles to celebrate wine of the Central Coast, featuring varietals by Bianchi Winery. This not-to-be-missed wine event will explore the grapes, terroir and viticulture of the region, plus wine tasting techniques with Bianchi proprietor and wine expert, Beau Bianchi. He’ll be offering up advice while guests get to taste Bianchi’s Monterey Rosé, Monterey Sauvignon Blanc, Santa Barbara Pinot Grigio, Estate Merlot, Estate Zinfandel and Estate Cabernet Sauvignon.
