The final installment of Harry’s Sip & Savor Pairing Series of 2019 is the ideal way to celebrate an evening out with friends, enjoying the balmy Autumn weather in Florida. Professional mixologists craft delicious and unique Fall signature spirits and cocktails using Jameson Irish Whiskey, Smooth Ambler Contradiction, a rare bourbon, and Monkey 47 Gin. The hotel’s Chef Tello will then create a perfectly complementary meal, dishes that include tuna tartar with cucumber cilantro broth and Pumpkin Spice Alaskan Scallops.
