Wine & cheese is one of the most famous couples in history. The combination ignites appetites and inspires everyone from the experienced sommelier to amateur wine lovers. But like all good pairings it is worth taking the time to choose wisely as it is fair to say that not every cheese goes with every wine. In this next Lab we are going to try some combinations that are tried and true, and that we think truly show the potential food has for enhancing an already delicious wine. We will taste the following combinations:
– Rioja and Manchego
– Sauvignon Blanc and Goat Cheese
– Prosecco and Parmesan
– Malbec and Aged Cheddar
– Port and Blue Cheese
