This four course pairing meal includes Goat Cheese Ravioli with golden oak mushrooms and basil, Sea Bass with pancetta stewed tomato sauce, clams, and toasted garlic, Piedmontese Filet with caramelized shallot, truffle butter, fresh shaved truffles, and Barolo reduction, and Chocolate Cake with chocolate mousse, chocolate ganache, and whipped cream.
