WINE GEEK WEEK AUSTRALIA: THE VIOGNIER BREAKFAST

The goal of the class: To recreate an amazing experience I had in Australia in 2008, enjoying some of the best Viogniers around with bagels, cream cheese, and smoked salmon.

Overview: Join us for a special morning of wine learning and delicious breakfast foods! We will gather at The Vine Room in Hopkins on Saturday morning September 28th at 10 am. In front of you will be a buffet of incredible local bagels, outstanding cream cheese, and sides of smoked salmon for your enjoyment (along with a range of great pastries). We will sit for a range of incredible Viognier wines while learning about the impact of Yalumba winery and their winemaker Louisa Rose on this hard to grow variety.
