Burgundy is the cultural and historical home of the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes, producing what wine lovers often believe to be their very highest expressions. It is a dream come true for a Somm to represent this region and I am even more thrilled that Chef Dion will again be joining me to create a classic French fall dish to pair with the wines.
