Join us on the last Monday of every month for a special wine pairing by the Vintner, and cooking demonstration by the Chef.
Start with a sampling of wine as soon as you enter our tasting room.
You’ll get a thorough explanation of wineUdesign’s traditional
family process for making wine, tour the barrel room, and see the machinery. How
about a sip right out of the barrel?
Then sit in The Cook’s Studio for the Chef’s
demonstration and tasting. You’ll enjoy at least 4 wines and 4 dishes. Maybe more,
never less.
