If you’re a Japanese chef who cut his teeth at the legendary, three-star-Michelin El Bulli in Catalonia, you’ve gotten our attention! At his reverse-eponymously-named Manhattan restaurant, chef Chikara Yamada’s kushiage omakase menu elevates delicate, panko frying to new, molecular-gastronomic heights. It’s a must-experience culinary adventure with Japanese and European flair.
The event fee is $166 for members, $181 for guests. It includes dinner, tax, tip, and administrative fee; alcohol, coffee, and other beverages are extra. We will arrange for our server to bill you individually for items outside the omakase menu. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions you may have.
