The Winery welcomes Batasiolo winery in a spectacular wine dinner featuring the historic 2010 Batasiolo Barolo DOCG Briccolina. Batasiolo is run by the Dogliani family, considered by many to be the leading family in Barolo.
Stefano Poggi will be there from Batasiolo to exlain the wines and talk about the region and the family. He is a Certified Italian Wine Specialist (North American Sommelier Association) and has worked with Batasiolo as their Ambassador in North America and Central America for the last 14 years.
Chef Danny will prepare 4 sumptious courses to go with 4 of Batasiolo's best wines:
