L'Apero is an abbreviated term for the aperitif and if there's one thing to know about the French, they take this pre-dinner drinks very seriously.
Join us in tasting some unique and esoteric French wines from small producers with typical French bites, while we learn all about the fascinating "godfather" of wine, in the comfort of a private space.
Itinerary:
During this 60-90 minute experience, you'll join us at a classic French bistro and staple of the West Village where you'll taste a selection of different wines originating from different areas in France, like Loire Valley, Rhone Valley, Bordeaux, Alsace and more.
While French wine can be very overwhelming to learn in one sitting, we'll focus on natural, organic and biodynamic wines. We'll venture off-the-beaten-tastings and discover some new and exciting wines as well as some classics from different areas of France.
We'll snack on some bites, from delicious French cheeses and charcuteries like warm onion tart, tuna tartar, goat cheese crouton, artichoke gratin, grilled saucisson, salads, and more.
Learn while you taste about:
_the fascinating trends from new and old winemakers,
